PANEER ke PAKODE:-
Ingredients:-
200 gms Paneer
9-10 tablespoon besan
1 tablespoon red chilly powder
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon ajwain
salt as per taste
oil for frying
Method:-
Cut Paneer into thick square pieces.
Sprinkle red chilly powder, salt on each piece of paneer.
In bowl, add besan, ajwain, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, water and make a thick batter and keep it aside for about 5 minutes.
In kadai, add oil and now dip each of the paneer pieces in besan batter and fry them till golden brown.
