Dahi Bada ( A tasty Chaat)

DAHI BADA:-

INGREDIENTS:

Bada:
100g Urad Daal , 25g moong daal, 4 green chilli,1spoon jeera , Asofotida ( A pinch of Hing) , salt ( according to taste) , oil for frying.
Sauth :100 IMLI ( Tamarind), 250 g sugar or Gud , 1 spoon roasted jeera powder, 1 spoon chilli powder, 1 spoon black and white salt .
Garnishing: curd ( churned and add 1 spoon sugar) , roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder, Corriender leaves , black and white salt .
Method: soaked both daals for 3to4 hours . Now add and grind soaked daal+ jeera+ green chilli + hing+ Salt. Put this grind mixture in a bowl and rub properly with hands.
Hot the oil and make bada with this mixture. Take a big bowl with water and add 2 spoon salt in it. Now keep bada in this water. 
Now in a bowl take Imli pulp ( soaked for 3-4 hours and seed out) +sugar+ salt+ chilli powder+roasted jeera powder. Mix all and sieve this. Now boil it till thick paste . You can store it in a bottle and use whenever u want.
Chaat: squeeze out the bada so that extra water out. Now keep it in the churned curd for 15 minutes. Out it in a plate . Cover it with sauth . Sprinkle salt , chilli and roasted jeera powder and decorate it with Corriender .  Now enjoy the tasty chaat .
